- Item delivered is found to have a manufacturing defect.
- Not working due to a fault in the product.
- Item delivered is broken.
- The item arrived broken and not functioning.
- Wrong item received (different color, size, or different product).
- Item received was not the item you ordered.
- Item delivered has missing parts.
- Item is missing some parts that cause it not to work as intended.
Shipping & Returns
- Only available for size and/or color of the same item.
- We will not accommodate exchange requests for a different item.
- An Exchange is subject to replacement availability.
- Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Beauty and Skin care Products
- Earrings
- Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Note that we do not do refunds but only replace the item. Should the item not be available, we replace with another item of equal or lower cost.
- Please make sure the product is:
- Within 7 days upon receiving the item
- Unused original condition
- Complete with free gifts and accessories
- Original packaging
- Tags are intact
- We may ask for photos of the item (each side)
