  1. Item delivered is found to have a manufacturing defect.
    • Not working due to a fault in the product.
  2. Item delivered is broken.
    • The item arrived broken and not functioning.
  3. Wrong item received (different color, size, or different product).
    • Item received was not the item you ordered.
  4. Item delivered has missing parts.
    • Item is missing some parts that cause it not to work as intended.
  1. Only available for size and/or color of the same item.
  2. We will not accommodate exchange requests for a different item.
  • An Exchange is subject to replacement availability.
  • Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
    • Beauty and Skin care Products
    • Earrings
    • Lingerie
    • Swimwear
    • Note that we do not do refunds but only replace the item. Should the item not be available, we replace with another item of equal or lower cost.
  • Please make sure the product is:
    • Within 7 days upon receiving the item
    • Unused original condition
    • Complete with free gifts and accessories
    • Original packaging
    • Tags are intact
    • We may ask for photos of the item (each side)
