Premium quality heirloom rice grown in the Cordillera rice terraces to bring safe and healthy rice that captures value and preserves heritage.
Balatinaw has grains that are deep purple in color, with brown flecks, and is semi-sticky.
Flavorful, aromatic and nutritious
Organic, Gluten Free
- Use 1.5 cups of water in every cup of rice.
- Soak for 30 minutes.
- Wash rice with tap water.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve while hot.
